As the CEO of Holt Meadow Property Management, Oren is the driving force behind the
company's success, bringing a formidable combination of financial expertise and analytical
insight to the helm. With a distinguished track record of accomplishments in leading
organizations, Oren spearheads our focus on acquisitions and the identification of new business
prospects. His leadership extends to overseeing crucial aspects such as project management and
cultivating strong relationships with lenders. Dedicated to providing personalized service to
investors and lenders, Oren's strategic vision and hands-on approach ensure the company's
continued growth and success. Prior to assuming the role of CEO, Oren honed his skills in
various real estate-related capacities, including Construction Financing, Acquisitions Analysis,
and Asset Management. His academic achievements, culminating in a Bachelor of Commerce
with distinction from the University of Guelph, further underscore his commitment to excellence
in the real estate and housing sector. Under Oren's guidance, Holt Meadow Property

Daniela Douglas
As the Senior Vice President of Operations at Holt Meadow Property Management, Daniela
Douglas is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a wealth of experience spanning
residential legislation, building operations, customer service, and leadership. Renowned for her
excellent track record, Daniela excels in motivating, engaging, and performance managing teams
within an environment of mutual understanding and open feedback. Possessing great energy,
intuition, and creativity, Daniela has a unique ability to build motivated and highly efficient
teams by showcasing individual skills and achievements, listening attentively, providing clear
directions and expectations, giving her a distinct advantage in the finite resources industry.
Known for her adaptability to fast-paced changes and shifting priorities, Daniela's leadership
aligns seamlessly with the dynamic needs of the business.
Before joining Holt Meadow Group, Daniela held the pivotal role of Director of Asset
Management at Starlight, where she oversaw the overall performance of institutional partners'
assets, ensuring the achievement of underwriting targets and conducting comprehensive reviews
of financial reporting. Her responsibilities included contract management, third-party
management, risk assessment, and the drafting of processes. Prior to that, she served as the
Senior Director of Operations at CAPREIT, overseeing a vast portfolio of over 5,000 residential
units, with 3,500 units in the Toronto real estate market and over 1,500 units in the Halifax real
estate market. Daniela successfully managed five Operations Managers and one Maintenance
Manager, significantly increasing revenue through sourcing opportunities and negotiating
contracts for ancillary revenue, with a projected revenue range from $200,000+ to $500,000+ per
contract term. She adeptly negotiated contracts with municipal and provincial housing
authorities, including the Nova Scotia Housing Authority and Immigrant Services Association of
Nova Scotia (ISANS), building strong relationships with key government officials and tenants'
advocacy groups. Her proven ability to handle numerous media situations underscores her
comprehensive skill set and leadership capabilities.
